Employment and Partnerships
We have full time employment positions in sales, design, project management, and carpentry. We also have trade partner opportunities in remodeling and construction for skilled subcontractors in demolition, concrete, framing, door and window installation, cornice, roofing, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, insulation, drywall, carpentry, solid surface countertops, painting, tile installers, wood floor installers, glass and mirror installation, and appliance installers. If you communicate well, get it, want it, and have the capacity to do the work. You have a place here at Morales Brothers Construction. Don’t settle for the other guys that don’t value your skills and time and pay you when they have the money or make excuses. Our trade partners love working with Morales Brothers Construction. They don’t have to hunt down their checks. Fridays come quickly and paychecks are always ready by noon EVERY Friday. We’re one of the fastest growing home remodeling companies in Fort Bend County. The main reason we are looking to hire at this time is to support the growth and expansion of Morales Brothers Construction, so that we can help more homeowners love where they live without the fear of hiring the wrong remodeling companies. So, we expanded our services to do more than just kitchen and bathroom remodeling and custom cabinetry. We now offer exterior renovations and construction like home additions, outdoor living structures, patios, pergolas, roofing, windows, doors, and siding. We now take care of ALL our clients’ construction and remodeling needs. No need for them to have to go through the process of searching and hoping to find the right contractor to trust. We’ve already remodeled their home interior, why not take care of their home’s exterior!
Serving Fort Bend County
Most of our work is done in Fort Bend County, but occasionally we find a project that’s a perfect match for what we do just outside the county line. We provide company trucks to select employees with good driving records and pay the IRS standard mileage rates for anyone that uses their personal vehicle. Fort Bend County has seen substantial growth and development throughout the years, making it an attractive place to live, work, and raise a family. It’s ranked among the top counties in the nation and the most diverse county in Texas. It’s one of the fastest growing counties and there will always be plenty of business for us at Morales Brothers Construction.
