5 EASY STEPS TOWARDS A HOME YOU’LL TRULY LOVE

A kitchen, bathroom, or full home remodel will bring a big change to your home. Let’s work together and build the home you want. Whether a major or minor remodel, call us when you are ready to get started!

The 5 easy steps discussed below were created exclusively for your convenience. These steps streamline the entire process and offer a unique experience tailored to each client. At Morales Brothers, we will value and respect your time, so every step is important to providing the personal touch you expect. We take this journey together and it is important to be connected every step of the way.

Here is how we do it:

Step 1: Initial Call

The initial call generally helps us get a starting point for your project. Intake questions provide an idea of your overall goals and ideas. Interaction with the client early helps facilitate the follow-on steps so we ask clients to send pictures of the room or rooms they want to remodel and describe what they want to improve. Once received, we schedule a phone call to discuss the project in more detail. Our goal is to get the initial scope of the project defined and answer any questions a client might have about our processes. We are confident in our ability to understand your needs, so we strive to provide you with the best options for the project, and even provide a ballpark estimate.

If, by the end of the call, we mutually feel we are a good fit, we then schedule a $300 in-home consultation for a scoping deep dive. As part of our process, the $300 consultation fee will be credited to the project.

Step 2: In-Home Consultation

During the in-home consultation, we go into more details and discuss the logistical aspects of your project. We will discuss the design of your space or spaces, your project timeline, and choice of materials putting thought into colors, materials, layout, and features you would love to have. We will also work together to fully outline the scope of work. This will help us better determine project costs, timelines, and steps you can expect as your project starts and evolves. This step is so important to removing any doubt or anxiety about the overall aspect of your project going forward.

Once an agreement is met, you sign a Project Development Agreement and provide 4% of the total estimated project cost. This gets the project officially underway, and we move into the formal design and development phases and schedule a return date to take measurements for each space.

Step 3: Design Phase

Before any construction starts, it is important that we clearly capture your vision so we can execute it down to the finest detail. In order to do that, we develop 3D renderings to show you exactly what the finished product will look like. This is where we make changes to the design, answer any questions you might have and ensure the design captures your vision. This step is essential to eliminating doubt, anxiety, and stress you may have. Additionally, it ensures you are in full control of how your home will look. We will work together on the design until you are 100% happy with everything!

Once the selections have been made and the design is approved, we will develop a Construction Agreement based on those selections for your signature. This green lights your project for work to begin.

Step 4: Building Phase

One week before your project starts, we will have a meeting in order to introduce your project manager and make sure everything is on track to begin. If needed, we will schedule the delivery of a very small dumpster one day before the on-site work begins. The dumpster will be safely placed on the driveway in an agreed upon area. All materials and items needed for your project will already be in our warehouse, so rest assured that there will be no delays due to product availability.

We will seal and protect any other areas that are not under construction to keep dust and disruption to a minimum. We also set up dust extractors when removing or working on anything that may cause excessive airborne dust.

Finally, we get to work building your space. Throughout the construction process, your project manager will keep you posted on everything. They will make sure you know the current status, immediate next steps, and answer any questions. After our job is done, we clean everything up and walk you through the newly remodeled space.

Step 5: Final Walkthrough

Your beautiful home is now complete, and we want to make sure you are happy with everything. Once all work is complete, we will schedule a walkthrough for you to inspect the finished result. If you find areas not up to your satisfaction, we will work with you to make it right and take care of your concerns.  Your satisfaction is very important to us, and we want you to enjoy your newly updated home with peace of mind knowing it was done professionally and with due care.
